Flat bread as a kindergarten project

I was sent this photo by Avner Laskin who lives in Isreal. It is of his daughter's kindergarten class (4 year olds) on a day he came and made flat bread with them. You can see the dough balls in the back ground. It made me think about what a wonderful idea it is. I love cooking with children, especially when dough is involved. As anyone who has baked with children around knows, it is nearly impossible to keep them away from the dough!
