Personal: Married (30 Years) with a son (27) and a daughter (26). All cook and bake very well.
Bread Baking Experience: about 40 years of baking for fun.
Favorite Bread Book:
· The Bread Baker’s Apprentice. I really like the technical section before the recipes (great stuff). Current favorite recipe in the book: Focaccia. I kind of reluctantly tried it and was blown away by it. I have also made a sweet version of it using dried cranberries.
· The Complete Book of Breads – Bernard Clayton.
Bread Baking Goals:
· Get better at Ciabatta.
· Get better at Sourdough.
