Biography
|
I was brought up in Montreal and have fond memories of hugging hot bagels in the car on cold nights.
I now live in Toronto and have been involved in the Travel industry for many years. I started baking bread to slow me down on the weekends and have been baking it ever since. I have 2 more courses to get my baking certificate from George Brown College. I love baking bread and have tremendously enjoyed being one of the army of recipe testers for Peter's book.
One day I hope to have a little bakery cafe of my own...and I will call it Sweet Sadie"s...
