I'm often asked why I give away the recipes that are presented on the DVDs. The answer is simple! These are great recipes. I spend a lot of time working through each one and want to share them with you. I hope that if you need the DVD you'll buy one. Sometimes when we bake for others they want a recipe and sometimes we know they need more than a recipe. The DVDs are your way to pass the instructional buck to me. The recipes listed at left are all separate PDFs that appear in a separate window when you click the menu item.

So please download or print and use these recipes, buy a DVD when you want to or need. They do make great gifts.
